Wedding Tips

We love the fact that every Wedding we shoot is different in so many ways – the people, the locations, the ceremonies, and the celebrations.

There are always tips or things that are done slightly different from event to event, so we thought we would start to note down the ones that caught our imagination, to act as inspiration for Brides (or Grooms) to be. Enjoy!

Making It Personal

Use an embosser to add more individuality to your day. Stamp your own wedding logo onto invitations, menus, matchboxes for that added personal touch.

Feeling Crushed
Avoid damaged buttonholes – put them on after your arrival at church, therefore avoiding any potential damage by any errant car seatbelts on the journey.
Signing Up
If you are having a receiving line, put the guestbook on a table so that guests can sign it whilst they are waiting.
The Write Stuff

To encourage guests to sign it in a creative way, ask guests to answer 3 light-hearted questions in their message i.e. If the Groom fancies himself as a bit of a crooner, perhaps you could ask ‘If the Groom made it onto the X Factor, what song would he sing?’.
